Delete your account

In the app, open the You tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Everything is removed from our servers straight away, and from our backups when they expire. If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

Report something

If you see a recipe, cookbook or person that breaks our rules, tap Report on it in the app. We review every report, usually within 24 hours, and remove content and close accounts that break the rules. You can also block anyone from the Friends screen. To report something you cannot reach in the app, email us.

Common questions

I did not get the confirmation email

Check spam, then tap Send it again on the “Check your email” screen. Make sure the address is typed correctly.

Is Pantryfox safe if I have an allergy?

Pantryfox screens recipes against the allergies you enter, but it is an aid, not a guarantee. Labels change, recipes are written by AI, and cross-contamination happens. Always read ingredient labels yourself.

Where does my data go?

Read the Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.
